Changelog
Public updates and improvements across SlashTech products and managed systems.
Client Hub & Team Workspace Upgrades
We’ve rolled out upgrades to the Client Hub and Team Workspace, with a focus on improving the document experience and overall layout. Key improvements include: Improved document organization and usability Refined layouts for clearer navigation Better consistency across Client Hub and Team Workspace General UI and workflow improvements to make managing documents easier
Fixed PDF Preview Rendering
Resolved an issue that prevented PDF previews from rendering correctly in the Client Hub. PDFs should now display as expected.
Improved Mobile Experience
We have further improved the Client Portal’s existing mobile experience with refined mobile layouts and dedicated navigation. These updates make it faster and easier to move between sections, access key information, and use the portal on smaller screens.
Clearer Downloaded Document Names
Documents downloaded from the Client Portal now use clearer and more descriptive file-naming conventions. File names include relevant document details, making it easier to identify, organise, and locate documents after they have been downloaded.
Client Hub is now fully mobile friendly
The entire Client Hub now works on your phone. Projects, documents, billing and messaging all adapt to small screens - invoices stack into easy-to-read cards, tab bars and project timelines scroll cleanly, and messaging switches to a streamlined list then conversation view built for mobile. Sign in from Anywhere and everything just works.
Launched the SlashTech Trust Centre
You can now check live system status, incidents, scheduled maintenance and product updates at status.slashtech.com.au.
Client Hub messaging improvements
Faster message loading, plus attachments, reactions and read receipts in the Client Hub.
Security hardening across the platform
Rolled out a stronger password policy and additional protections across sign-in and the portal.
Invoice PDF rendering fix
Resolved an edge case where some invoice PDFs could render a blank page.
